2. Scope

These Terms govern the use of Safora by business customers. Any person who creates an account or subscribes on behalf of an organization represents that they are authorized to bind that organization.

Safora transforms design-system sources into a structured Knowledge Pack, audits connected repositories, produces findings, and may propose corrective pull requests. Safora does not automatically merge those pull requests and does not replace human review.

3. Account and organization

Each user must provide accurate information and protect access to their account. Organization roles determine the actions users may perform: members have read access, while owners and administrators may manage the operations provided by the application.

Customers may connect only repositories, Figma files, pages, or documents that they are authorized to have processed. Users must not circumvent security, access, or billing controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Subscription, pricing, and payment

The applicable plans, limits, and prices are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase and then presented in the Stripe checkout flow. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes and are billed per organization.

Paid subscriptions renew for the period displayed at checkout until canceled. Customers may manage their subscription from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, unless applicable law or a written agreement provides otherwise.

Any usage credits purchased are attached to the organization and do not constitute electronic money or a transferable means of payment.

5. Changes to the service

Safora may change its features, limits, and integrations. Where possible, a material change affecting an active subscription will be communicated by reasonable means before it takes effect. A feature identified as beta, preview, or disabled by configuration is not a firm availability commitment.

6. Availability and support

LE CHEVALIER NOIR uses reasonable efforts to operate Safora. No contractual service level is guaranteed unless a separate SLA has been signed. Maintenance, provider limitations, or incidents may temporarily interrupt the service.

7. Data and confidentiality

Customers retain their rights in their sources, code, and Knowledge Pack. They authorize Safora to process those materials only to provide, secure, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Non-public information processed on behalf of a customer is confidential. This obligation does not cover information that is public, was already lawfully known, was lawfully obtained from a third party, or must be disclosed by law.

8. Intellectual property

LE CHEVALIER NOIR and its licensors retain all rights in Safora, its code, interfaces, documentation, and internal models. Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of their access.

Feedback, aggregated metrics, and effectively anonymized data may be used to improve Safora, without reusing customer source code as standalone commercial content.

9. Automated outputs

Findings, scores, suggestions, and corrections are generated by rules and, depending on configuration, artificial-intelligence models. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers remain responsible for reviewing, testing, merging, and deploying any modification.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LE CHEVALIER NOIR is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of data attributable to the customer or a third party, or decisions made without human review solely on the basis of an automated output.

LE CHEVALIER NOIR's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts paid by the customer for Safora, excluding taxes, during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

11. Suspension and termination

Safora may suspend access in the event of a security risk, fraud, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms. Access may be disabled when the agreement ends. Data handling and requests for export or deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution. For disputes between businesses that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Dax have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule to the contrary.

13. Contact and versions

Contractual requests must be sent to contact@safora.run. The version accepted or confirmed for an account remains available at its versioned URL. A new version does not retroactively replace a version already accepted.
